What we collect: Enquiries and notify-me sign-ups: name, organisation and email. Programme use: conversation logs, survey responses (CEFR and FLCAS scores), usage data. No raw audio files are stored.
Why: To answer your enquiry, run and evaluate Kompis programmes, and measure whether Kompis reduces Swedish speaking anxiety.
Legal basis: Explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and legitimate interest for replying to organisational enquiries.
Retention: Enquiry and notify-me data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Programme data is kept for the programme duration plus 3 months, then anonymized for research reporting.
Your rights: Access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. To use these rights, email hello@kompis.site.
Processors: OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Railway, Supabase, Lovable. All processors operate under appropriate data processing agreements.
Cookies and tracking: None. We set no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies and load no third-party pixels. Your language choice is stored in your own browser and never leaves your device.
