What we collect: Application — name and email. Pilot — conversation logs, survey responses (CEFR and FLCAS scores), usage data. No raw audio files are stored.

Why: To manage your Pilot II application, run the Pilot II research study, and measure whether Kompis reduces Swedish speaking anxiety.

Legal basis: Explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Retention: Application data — until the pilot closes or you withdraw. Pilot data — pilot duration plus 3 months, then anonymized for research reporting.

Your rights: Access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. To use these rights type /delete_my_data in the Kompis chat, or email hello@kompis.site.

Processors: Telegram, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Railway, Mailchimp, Lovable. All processors operate under appropriate data processing agreements.

Advertising cookies: We use Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our ads. It only loads after you accept cookies and is fully disabled if you decline.
